Thoughts on a continent
desperate for change
I spend my time listening to Europeans. My writing seeks to reposition the European Idea for a world of disorder. You can find most of it in the Neue Zürcher Zeitung and translations in various magazines and newspapers. I am the Founder of Our Continent, an initiative aiming to open the European discourse for the silent majority. We run the social media channels YOUROPE.

About
A few lines
I am at the end of my two years researching the Franco-German War of 1870/71 and German Unification at the University of Oxford. Before that, I spent two years in the private sector. I received my BSc in Economic History from the London School of Economics and assisted various Professors, including, most recently, Timothy Garton Ash. In my free time, I am a reservist in a reconnaissance unit of the Austrian Army. I speak German, Chinese, and English. My favourite composers are Bruckner, Haydn, and Schubert.
